[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Whirlpool microwave replaced a 17 year-old Whirlpool. It was professionally installed in a hour. I love the design because it coordinates with my old Whirlpool oven and dishwasher. I quickly learned how to use it., but wish
I could just program it to cook/reheat/defrost for however long I want like my old 2006 model did.

Stay Away from Whirlpool

Our microwave came with the house we purchased not even a year old. When using our microwave for even cooking simple microwave mac n cheese we are having condensation going into our upper cabinets. Whirlpool doesn’t want to do anything about it. We have been given run around by our builder and Whirlpool. We even emailed whirlpool the pictures of the microwave showing the condensation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
