My daughter loves it! It’s easy, simple, and SAFE. It doesn’t have buttons you have to press to move around. It simply uses the weight of your body in the direction you put it in. Which is how I think they SHOULD be. I love the training mode feature! Which makes it even easier to learn. My daughter picked it up within seconds. It’s also EXTREMELY quiet. Which my husband, the dogs, and I absolutely love when she is riding it in the house!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently purchased 2 of these for my daughters who are 42& 45 lbs, and about 4 days after purchasing they started to make creaking sounds. I don’t know if that’s normal or not, but I was concerned about them being damaged so soon. They love them and have lots of fun on them. Only took them 2 days to really get the hang of it. I would definitely recommend but I would like to know if the creaking noises are normal from the manufacturer.

Useless

It just lasted for a few days before it would just start beeping constantly after powering on. Calibrating does not help. Tried to contact customer support, but did not get a response. I even replaced the PC boards and calibrated again, but it keeps beeping.
I guess I will have to buy a new hoverboard, which will definitely not be a Razor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2 of 2 boards fail in 2 months of purchase

Kids received 2 Hovertrax Prizmas for Christmas. Today both failed. Both board half light stuck on, on half the board. One even has a wheel that won’t stop spinning. Cannot force them to shutdown with hood of power button. Seems to be a safety issue. Hopefully the batteries just drain. Typically trust the Razor brand, needless to say, that is no longer the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
