Very happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this refrigerator in June 2021 and very happy with it. We downsized from a larger refrigerator and I was worried about the space but it has plenty of room. Only one thing, it is louder that our older model including when it makes the ice. Also, it would be nice if the water /ice dispenser light would come on automatically when dispensing water/ice.

The ice machine makes a ton of ice and the water dispenser is easy to keep clean because it doesn’t have a removable tray. Overall happy and would recommend.

Great Refrigerator at a Great Price

New Model is "Meh"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having an almost identical Frigidaire side by side to this model, it was easy to choose this model. However, we are disappointed with several issues. The doors will not align properly so there is always a cold air leak as well as condensation on the freezer. The description said it was a fingerprint hiding finish (like our previous one) and it is definitely not and constantly has fingerprints and water spots on it. To be able open the drawers in the fridge side all the way, you have to Open the fridge door as far as it will go because the drawers catch on the door frame - never had a fridge that this happened - which blocks our kitchen entranceway when open that wide. The door shelves (that hold condiments, etc) have already cracked with minimal usage (bought In late may 2021 and writing this in Mid October 2021). When the ice runs out it literally rakes overnight to make more ice and there is not "quick freeze" or "rapid ice" button or option. Definitely would not buy again and disappointed with the how much that quality went down since we bought the previous one (8 yrs).

Excellent Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Kitchen Aid side by side for only three years before it was irreparable - and upon asking the repairman what model he had, he said ‘lady, buy a Frigidaire and you won’t see me again’. I took his advice and wish I bought this brand first. Now I’m waiting for all my other appliances to go so I can replace them with Frigidaire.
