[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to take the cube ice but it comes out the crushed ice together, so it’s too messy around the area.

Thanks for reaching out with your concerns! You should be able to toggle between cubed and crushed ice using the buttons on the display. It is normal for there to be some smaller chunks with your ice cubes, especially if it was set to crushed previously. If the dispenser is continuing to crush ice with "cubed" selected, the solenoid may be stuck! You should be able to fix this at home by removing the ice bucket, closing the door, and pressing down on the ice dispenser paddle for one minute to warm it up. Once this is done, open the freezer door and locate a small rectangular hole on the back wall behind where the ice bucket sits. We recommend carefully inserting a chopstick, wooden spoon, or other non-metal instrument into this hole and wiggling it up and down to ensure it is free to move. Next, reinsert the ice bucket, close the door, and try again. You should now have cubes dispensing! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a very good refrigerator so far. I am impressed how quiet it is and it looks very clean inside. I have only two points, one is that somehow the top of the doors do not align. Also the lower level drawers hit the inner side of the door when I try to take out fruits or vegetables.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Daughter me this as a Gift we picked it out together price was a big price they say you get what you pay for it’s nice to look at but the function not so please it’s very loud which i can deal with my biggest problem is it don’t keep your food cold at even with the temperature all the way up & i always accidentally hit the control buttons on the inside of the refrigerator & i just found out that it may have a recall on it have to look into that not good
