Very disappointed with klipsch. First shipping department shipped the my earbuds to someone in North Carolina, I am in las vegas, luckily the person received it was kind enough to mail it to me, then when I got the earbuds the left buds would drop from 100% to 0% battery in a minute, I am so disappointed, I will buy the sennheiser instead

The Klipsch earbuds are very good. They hold in place really well and have an app that allows you to adjust for sound preferences. I am only giving 4 stars because the there was nothing that told me (or at least I didn't see anything) there was an associated app. I just ended up going to the app store and finding the app. Also when I get really sweaty doing exercise they buds can fall out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sound quality is awesome. Bluetooth case is sturdy and hard to lose. Connectivity issues can be a pain, if the headphones don’t pair properly they will play music for 2-4 minutes and turn off by themselves.

Nice packaging, but right earbud will not work. Went through steps to reset it, And it will still not hold a charge. Been waiting to hear back on when I will receive replacements for well over two weeks now.

I got these last year from my wife for our 25th anniversary. Only used a hand full of times. Because when running equipment they would fall out when I hit a bump. I finally got a somewhat decent fit. Now today a week shy of our anniversary the right one quit working.
