I really wanted to like these. The fit is great. The sound is great. But my first set was a warranty return within 24 hours of receipt because they would not pair to my phone, despite thorough troubleshooting. The replacement set paired, but the left earbud seems to have a charging issue that thorough troubleshooting does not solve. I have submitted a return request and will be searching for another set from a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

design flaw or maybe my case not made to quality

excellent but if one earphone is in the case and the case moves some (even a little in a jacket pocket) it will try to reconnect that earphone in the case and sometimes will pause music and has been a issue in the car as well if i dont put both away. wich my 40 dollar Jlab never had a issue with this.

Incredible sound! Easy to use. Stays put in your ear. Just a fantastic set of earbuds. But then again, it’s from Klipsch. I’ve been buying Klipsch speakers since about 1988. They are always the best you can get.

I’m very disappointed in this product. The case never gets a full charge and the only wired charging port is inside. I have multiple devices that I use to provide audio and switching between them is difficult and cumbersome. So far the only way it seems to work is to re-pair each time I want to switch connections. On the plus side they are comfortable and sound fantastic. I haven’t had them long enough to see if battery stamina lasts.
