[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging was the first part of the great experience opening these headphones. They connect seamlessly to bluetooth devices and have exceptional audio and noise cancelling technology. Overall great!

The good: The sound quality and volume is very good for ear buds. I've been told the mic audio quality during video conferences is clear as well. Button inputs on the buds are a plus. Active noise cancellation does a reasonably good job of mid and low range ambient noise cancellation.
The bad: 1) Blue Tooth performance is only mediocre. While in my home office the connection breaks up and drops connection when leaving the room. Audio breaks up is someone uses the microwave that is about 30 feet away. Mic audio breaks up if typing on a BT keyboard while on a video call. Other BT buds I have do not have these issues.
I've had one issue where one of the buds just would not pair after taking them out of the charging / storage box. The answer was to hold both buttons for 8 seconds then delete the pair with my phone and re-pair. I'm hoping this doesn't become a common occurrence.
Summary: I liked them enough to buy 2 more sets for gifts. The next generation should improve BT performance.
