I bought these for my friend and another T5 earphones for myself both terrible connectivity and wont charge they worked a few weeks both failed and the sound quality was less than expected for Klipsch. I'm a life buyer (30 years plus) of the brand and bought many products - these are very disappointing - will not buy earphones from them again unless they are bullet proof in all areas like Klipsch reputation carries and like so many other brands have. I had a lot of high hopes for these because of Klipsch reputation of quality but was very much let down - twice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I gave my lady a set of these for an early Christmas gift. They literally didnt even make it a day and the left one refuses to charge or even turn on. No water, not dropped or anything at all. It just quit working

This product just stopped working after two months. And now I'm trying to get support. I call the number only to get a recording, no chance to talk to a person. At this point, to change my rating of this product I will need to receive exceptional support. So far, it's a BIG FAIL.

I have always had issues finding ear buds that fit me and actually stay in my ears. These are the best fitting buds I have been able to find. The little support arm help to keep them in place. The sound is awesome. The app has to be used to adjust the equalizer and other options. Not a big deal. Once it is set, you are good to go.
The case is cool. Tight local keeps the buds dry. If you gently shake the case, you will hear a rattle. This is the moisture absorbing material for sweaty ear buds. After a workout, you put them is the charging case and any moisture is absorbed. I am really happy with this purchase.

Great headphones with QC issues

The headphones deliver on basically all fronts. With that said, I had to RMA mine so I'm not super confident the new pair will work long term.
Pros:
+Packaging. It matters and it's excellent. Very high end feeling.
+Style. They look awesome in your ear and they are very slick.
+The case. Wireless charging, waterproof, look awesome.
+Sound quality. Very, VERY good sound quality. Use the fact that it comes with 6 different tips to make sure that you have a good seal. I had to go one step larger than medium that come installed and it makes a HUGE difference in sound and staying in your ears.
+Battery life is excellent. Really excellent.
+Packaging. It matters and it's excellent. Very high end feeling.
+Style. They look awesome in your ear and they are very slick.
+The case. Wireless charging, waterproof, look awesome.

Things to improve:
- I wish the headphone tips had an indicator to show the best orientation when installed. Like a line that lines up on the tip and the stem.
-Quality control issues: I had to RMA mine. From the factory the left bud was noticeably louder than the right bud. This alone is enough to drive you crazy, but then they stopped working altogether. They kept restarting in my ears then just never turned back on.
-Noise cancelling on the mic could be better. People I'm talking with still hear decent amounts of wind noise, background sounds, etc.
-The buttons could be more substantial. Can't really tell sometimes when you're clicking it.

Not worth the price

You are really just paying for the name. The sound isn’t as good as most other Bluetooth in-ear buds/pods. Also, the silicone piece will not stay put, so it moves around a lot. I really regret buying these.
