Right ear bud is not getting charges

Recent I bought one. I have followed all the steps mentioned in manual when I tried to pair the ear buds as per guideline it near worked, installed App in my phone and I figured out my right ear bud is running out battery I have placed in charging for almost 2 hours and still battery didn't get charge in right ear bud tried checking in app it still show as 0 and grey out.

Poor sound, the headphones power on when it moves inside the charger case this is ver uncomfortable
