Love the packaging and design!
Sound is ok. I have a hard time getting the right combination of ear plugs and ear inserts to make my sound experience optimal. When i swallow, the sound muffles so struggling to be in love with them.
Also, the Bluetooth range is not as great as my other brands.

Sound is good. But the range is low, cannot get more than 25 ft away from source. Disconnects and have to manually reconnect when streaming shows Figured the Klipsch name, they would be better.

They sound amazing. However they wont stay in my ear very well. I have only had them about 2 weeks and the right earbud fell out and plummeted 8 floors from a florida hotel balcony never to be seen again. Is there anything that can be done about this? Not really a warranty item but I thought I would ask. Thanks, Chris
