I was extremely disappointed in your product. I bought it knowing how well Klipsch makes its products but, like I said, got big of a surprise in negative way. One of the ear tips (silicon part) got stuck in my ear I had to go to emergency room. Besides design issue, connectivity was another problem. After a few minutes one of the ear buds would disconnect from my Iphone (I also had your App installed on my phone) and it would not connect at all. I tried all of the suggested troubleshooting steps with no success. Finally I gave up and decided to return it

After less than a week of use, the right ear bud is totally dead and won't charge at all. During that week, there was more than once were it died within an hour of use. One time it shut off after less than 10 minutes due to low battery. It just won't charge.

I have been using these everyday for about a month now and they seem to be riddled with connection and sync problems. The right ear bud just decided to not connect to anything and remain stuck with the blue led on. Resetting does nothing. It responds to nothing. Now I only have one working earbud except now it does not want to connect to bluetooth on my computer so these earbuds are completely unusable now.

I have had many earbuds that always uncomfortable after an hour or so. These McLaren‘s are so comfortable for all day use. I am still working on the ear pieces, as to the sonic performance. I purchased 5 of there for myself and family members, as I knew the partnership between Klipsch and McLaren would be superb.
