The Good: These headphones fealt really nice. Plenty of tip sizes provided for different ear hole sizes. The ability to "lock" it in your ear is nice as well. Audio was very clear and could get to a decent level of loud. The "Klipsch Connect" app seemed to work decently as well. The ability to use left only or right only bud is a great feature.
The Bad: These headphones are not for bass enthusiasts. Even with modifying the EQ on the app and on the phone (they are individual and not tied together) I could not get enough oomph to enjoy the music the way my previous competitor true wireless earbuds played. The case is a bit wonky to open; it feels like you're opening it backwards all the time. The earbuds are very sensitive in how they connect to the charging pins as well. If they don't contact the pins just right they won't turn off and disconnect from the media device playing audio.
Overall there was nothing actually wrong or defective with the product, it just didn't live up to the expectations I had set from previous Klipsch products. If you're not a bass head, these may still be for you.
The sound quality is topnotch. I could hear better vocals and words when listening to musics. Rubber ear pieces does take some effort to adjust and fit my comfort level.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So in terms of audio quailty, I couldn't be happier. But I wanted to be able to use this for conference calls and the audio is either terrible or barely audible. I've tried connecting via computer audio (Zoom) and via mobile phone (also on Zoom) and both yield the same results. It's so disappointing. Regarding case design, if I have the medium sized wings on (the ones that were already mounted when I received them) placing the buds in the case doesn't yield a proper connection. The reason this is an issue is because when the buds make contact with the charging prongs they automatically turn off. WIth the wings in place this doesn't always happen so when I go to close the case I get loud feedback. The solution is to remove the wings each time so that the contacts make good solid contact. But then where to place the wings. Clearly Klipsch designed the case to allow for the wings to be left on because you can see the mold for it but the opening for the bud isn't large enough and/or the contacts aren't long enough for the wings to be left on. I really want to love these because I have the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren.
The sound is great. Everything sounds nice and clear. My problem was the fit. No matter what size I tried, I could not get a good seal in both ears. One side always felt like it was going to fall out. I think it's something to do with the oval ear pieces. I have a pair of old wired Klipsch that I have the same issue with. Tried out a pair of Bose wireless in ear headphones and those fit perfect. My wife likes the Klipsch headphones @ least. The case is awesome and seems like it'd hold up well over time. Just wish I could of got a better fit.
Good sound quality. Bass is lacking. Pass through feature okay. Charging is a little awkward and have to fuss a little with the position of the headphones to get to charge correctly. Own several Klipsch speakers, but don’t feel these headphones represent the same level as their other products.
