Great sound - please please please improve the app

It took some trial and error to get the right fit but I eventually got there. The sound is as I remembered from previous Klipsch earphones. I'm only giving this 4 stars due to the Klipsch connect app crashing occasionally my Samsung Galaxy S10+ and the annoyance of not being able to change EQ setting unless I'm playing audio. So if I'm watching a video and want to change the EQ settings to try other modes I have to get out on the video app, start a song change the settings, then go back into the video app to see how it sounds.

Really great premium quality in both sound and workmanship. They are solid, very light, very accurate for what it is. I didn't think sound quality, the nice deep bass, was even possible in such a small package. The McLaren branding and colors standout. Call quality is good, though I can't say what I sound like on the other end, no one has complained or noticed any background noises - good! You are getting the quality you pay for!
