I love them!!!! Best ear buds ever! They are so fast to connect and easy to learn how to use. The battery life is perfect for all day listening. The sound is clean and crisp. The bass is great too. I’ll never have a different brand.

I've been using these a couple of weeks now. I use my earbuds while I'm working in the yard, mowing, etc. Every pair I've had has never felt secure while I'm moving around and bending over. The wings included with these are PERFECT-these stay in my ear and feel secure. The sound is really good as well. Give them a couple of listening sessions before judging the sound. They come with 3 pr of wings and a bunch of ear tips. The case feels durable-I haven't tested the ruggedness nor waterproof claim yet, thankfully. I highly recommend these.

Caveat Emptor

Sadly, it is with a heavy heart I write this review for the T5 II TRUE WIRELESS SPORT earbuds. I wanted these earbuds for Christmas, and I was excited to receive them. The packaging showcases pride in their products and the synopsis within the cover was cleverly written.
Unfortunately, all my enthusiasm was short lived. The app, if negative stars were possible, it deserves them. Instructions for pairing the earbuds to a cellular device, within the app, are different than the instruction booklet. The booklet, accompanying the earbuds, displays leaving the earbuds in the case and press the Right earbud 3 times. The app indicates removing the earbuds from the case and turning them both on. I tried both approaches, and neither helps the app locate, identify, and pair the earbuds. After nearly a dozen attempts, over half the attempts to pair the earbuds to my flagship Galaxy phone resulted in: "Error - unable to pair/locate", the other half attempts; only 1 earbud at a time would pair. I performed a factory reset (holding the earbud power button for 8 seconds, reinstalled the app, and did a cache partition wipe on the phone. Sadly, reboots & re-installations did not help. Attempt after attempt the app failed to pair both headphones.
Additionally, after charging for 10 hours, one of the earbuds would not charge past 78%, while the other, when it paired, was a full 100%. When the earbud with 78% would pair, using it for 1-2 min, dropped the charge to 55%. Ultimately, both earbuds paired simultaneously, it took hours, and I have no idea what the fundamental criteria was that yielded success. But, again, 1 earbud would not charge beyond 78%, and would loose ~25% charge within 2 minutes of use.
A firmware update was required. After 15minutes of updating, then "validating", I received and Error : firmware update failed. A repeated firmware update consumed another 15 minutes, and I need to jump through the hoops of additional fruitless pairing activities.
Eventually both earbuds paired, 1 remains at 100% charge, the other 55%. Firmware update completes. System reboots. 1 earbud at 100%, another, 48%. Using the earbuds was a colossal disappointment. They are out of phase, or more accurately, a few millisecond delay between the 2 channels, sounding like and echo, or I am traveling past the sound source.
An attempt to use with the equalizer added insult to injury: pushing the equalizer button, I receive a message: "Unable to use when playback is not enabled". At this point, I have lost my sense of humor.
I do not care how many product endorsements, joint-ventures, or who else puts their logo on the product, if it doesn't work, it is worthless. The app is an abomination. Sadly, this appears to another instance in which a manufacturer has traded product quality for quantity (sales).

After 3 weeks, I've finally fallen in love with these headphones. Here's what I went through to get here: 1. Use the largest rubber ear tip you can to ensure the best sound quality - smaller ear tips may fit in nicer, but they will also provide less sound protection (passive noise cancellation & for your music leaving your ear). The memory foam ear tip will prevent the earbuds from charging when you put them in the wireless charger (they appear to be too big to let the earbuds seat back down properly on the charging prongs - this took me 2 weeks to discover and numerous frustrations) 2. Download the Klipsch connect app. With this you can adjust the frequency levels in the earphones - and this really personalizes them bringing them to the level you expect from a premium audio brand like Klipsch. 3. If you have an issue switching back and forth between devices, cycle power on the earbuds and that can ensure you connect to what you are trying to connect to quickly. 4. The microphone is much clearer for phone calls and zoom meetings if you leave the transparency mode off. With the transparency mode on, your other participants appear to hear you more "distanced" from the microphone and they also hear more of your background environment. If they included noise cancelling and fixed the issue with the memory foam ear tips not fitting into the charging cradle perfectly, these would easily be 5 star ear buds. With those two (minor) issues, I can only say they are 4.5.. but issues aside - they sound AWESOME! \m/
Pros: Klipsch Brand, Moisture Eliminating Case, Size, Sound quality, Sport Proof, Stylish Design, Wireless Charging Case
Cons: Battery life, Minor Bugs, no active noise cancelling

I was super excited when I ordered these... have always been very happy with Klipsch, and really looking forward to high-end sound in a wireless earbud that I could wear biking, skiing, working out, etc. Unfortunately, the right ear bud no longer responds... which is jus the bitter sweat ending to non-stop dissatisfaction with he fit. I tried every combination of ear cup and ear wing... none fo them fit securely. Pairing and charging was a constant frustration as well... but maybe that's just cause one fo them quit working. overall... I would look at them in the case, and subconsciously avoid even picking them up to use them, as they were just frustrating. ... a pretty expensive paper weight.
Pros: cool packaging
Cons: ear wings slide off of the unit., terrible fit, tons of ear pieces... none fit securely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had so many headphones but nothing like T5 II True Wireless Sport! First of all, and it's a very important feature to me, they are soft and gentle to my ears and sit just perfectly i don't even have to check or push them in like i would with other headphones. The case is everything. Not only it keeps them protected from dust and moisture and water, it keeps them charged, dry and clean all the time. With Amazing and clear sound quality, all in all this set is absolutely the ultimate set! Love every detail about them, while i am running errands, walking my dog or simply on my bike. I enjoy them a lot. Great quality for sure.
