Arrived with non-working right bud

Right earbud refuses to charge. I did a factory reset and tried also without the silcone tip, no avail. After 24H in the box it shows 48% which goes to zero in about 30 seconds.
I have sent it back and now waiting for a replacement.
I cannot comment on any of the functions or the quality of the sound as I didn't manage to listen to music yet... Let's hope the new pair will be better.

Looks can be deceiving

Have had them for not even a whole week to many issues. Firmware update on oct. 3 did not fix any of my issues. I've used klipsch headphones for years like them way better than a lot of the more famous brands. These suck and are not worth the price!
Pros: Case great, Presentation great, They fit great
Cons: Consistently unpairs, Not worth the money!, The App is horrible!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
