I have run with these for 3 years connected to my Apple Watch. They have always sounded great and pair smoothly.

These are excellent headphones. Of course from Klipsch you get quality. I wanted ear pieces that would hold the pod in place while active at gym on on bike etc. They have been great. Charging is easy. Functionality is great. The app is simple and give info on pod charge amount. I actually got a second pair to leave around the house! I noted one thing that is probably a limitation of Bluetooth technology in general, interference at the gym where there are dozens of sources of interference, Wifi, other Bluetooth devices, gym equipment, phones etc
