Buy Brand New? = No

Bought these earbuds (refurbished) around a year ago. Sound quality is above average. Comfort and component quality are the limiting factors.
Poor comfort example: Once moisture gets between the bud and the outer rubber earpiece, the bud is always falling out of the rubber piece and it’s always rotating/never sits right in your ear.
Poor hardware quality example: The liquid electrical tape, or whatever is holding the speaker to the connector and wires is weak/not very heat resistant. This allows the speaker to disconnect from the connector making the earbud worthless.

Continuing Issues with earbuds

Purchased these about a year ago. Didn't use them too often, but they had connectivity issues. At first I thought it was my device but after switching devices I noticed that I'd be watching a YouTube video and the earbuds would just disconnect no matter what device. They were still under warranty so I contacted klipsch and they accepted the defective ones and sent me a new pair. Unfortunately the new pair had issues as well. The right one never held a charge. Watched it go from 75% down to 6% in less than a minute. Klipsch responded with offering me a sound bar or a Bluetooth desk speaker. I own a Klipsch surround sound system and I also own plenty of Bluetooth speakers. I have contacted them again but I'm sure they'll say that's the best they can do.

Great sound, horrible performance

First off, they sound amazing. I bought a pair and the left one would not work no matter how many times I went through the set-up and reset processes. I emailed Klipsch and they sent me another pair. I had the same problem but reverse ears, so I swapped the left and rights and paired them. They work now but only stay charged for 30 minutes. I've downloaded the app, I believe they're up to date. I wish they worked better because they sound great.

Left earbud doesn't hold a charge

If they would both hold a charge I would like them a lot! No matter how I try to keep them synced, fully charged out overnight, within 10 minutes the left one is always telling me low battery and then disconnects and I'm left with only the right one. This happens without exception. I thought it was me paring them incorrectly, so I didn't reach out during the warranty period, but I am sure that it is them not after seeing the other reviews. I also couldn't get the little rubber pieces that were supposed to hold them in your ear to fit me properly as I had a much snugger fit when I rotated them further in my ear, but then that piece was useless so I just took it off. The earbuds didn't fall off so I guess that isn't terrible, but it was just a waste of a feature and likely my money. I would not recommend these to anyone based on my experience.

Typical Klipsch sound. Poor everything else.

I bought these almost 3 years ago. I'm very gentle on my equipment, and used these fairly sparingly over that time. I went to pop the silicone tips off to clean them and the driver came right out of the housing. I expected much better build quality here. I'm gentle with this, and don't do that very often so it's surprising that it fell apart with such little use.
The fit is pretty good. I like the additional wing piece and I've never felt like they would fall out. They seal up well and you get the typical Klipsch sound from them.
The charging case is really finicky. The earbuds don't always go back in and trigger them to power off and charge. They toggle in and out with the slightest touch. If the case drains the rest of the way while charging, the earbuds will power back on and drain too. It just doesn't give much confidence in charging and being ready to use when I grab them again. It's clumsy and leaves me wishing they did a better job in managing the conditions and charging strategies as well as getting a positive feel on it sitting back in the case right.
Beyond that I've had occasional random connection issues and trouble sometimes keeping them both connected to my phone.
Now I'm back to looking for something to replace these, and it won't be another pair of them.
I have some Khorns at home. I use my x6i or x12i earbuds when I travel or go into the office. I also have a pair of KEF over the ear headphones when I want something different than in-ear.

Horrible reliability... horrible documentation.

I've had the T5 II's for a while now and had not used them very many times. When I started going back to the gym, I charged them and was able to get them to sync ONCE with the treadmill at the gym and after that they were never discovered during syncing. They synced with my iPhone 16 Pro Max but after I disconnected/forgot them (trying to get them to sync with the treadmill), they wouldn't seem to charge and responses to button presses were haphazard at best. I tried factory resetting them (using the ridiculously horrible Klispch documentation) and then they would only try to pair with my iPhone via the left side. I literally smashed the case and the ear buds with a hammer because they are complete garbage, and will be purchasing a better albeit more expensive product... THAT WORKS! (Zero Stars) And I'm done with Klipsch products (I'll be giving away my Pro Media computer speakers).
