Helpful but annoying

Came with my grill, nice option but annoying. Wish it could be adjustable to a lower level. Once pellets are just below the grate it alerts you. Should alert when you have say a 1/4th of hopper left or a couple of hours of burn time left. Perhaps a mute / ignore option.

Should be included with the Pros… it’s literally prewired and ready… oh and the body of the thing is plastic… It does work well, I’m just a little bitter

Very easy to install, and automatically is added to app readout. Only design flaw is it reads directly over the auger, so it reports low pellets “too early” when there are still a lot of pellets in the overall hopper. Otherwise a very good product.

At first I did not believe I needed this, it was more of a toy add on. After cooking 2-3 times during the week everything from Chicken and Steak to Vegetables and just hotdogs for the kids. Plus slow cooking on the weekend. the Grill (No pun intended) Burns through the pellets. This has helped me realize when I should order more pellets. I would recommend if you are a serious cooker or like to be organized like me you pick this up.

Love the sensor, but...

The sensor and the WiFire are great, but it would be nice if maybe you thought about all the rest of us with older Traeger. I'd love to upgrade without having to spend an arm and leg to get a new grill. My old one works great, and I don't feel the need to go into debt over a grill!
