Something Always Breaks

I went to college 2 decades ago, a brand new HP in hand. The power system died within months and it took forever to get it repaired. I buy an HP in 2020...It breaks within weeks. It’s taking too long, longer than HP said, to return it repaired. Fool me twice.

I purchased this computer with a bundle to establish a home office for our CEO. She hasn't been able to really use the laptop because it doesn't support video conferencing. Her video and audio skips and freezes with almost every call. This has been our experience with Google Meetings and Zoom. She has reverted to her 5 year old laptop to continue working. This interruption is happening within Explorer, Fire Fox and Chrome environments. It is pretty much a downer.

I just bought this haven't had it a week. One problem is the finger pad is over sensitive and can click when I don't want it to because of the shadow of my hand. This is a real pain because it will close my page or email when I don't want it to. This is a real problem when trying to work on a document. Should have bought another brand laptop.
