I purchased these over 18 months ago and they’re still the best tongs I’ve ever had .The only way the item could be better if you had to push the on lock mechanism rather than pull it , not a big problem I know as I just hold them together when pulling of hanger on the side of my Timberline 850 .

Broken spring within 2 years

1 yr warranty doesn’t help when spring breaks in year two. Kept in a drawer, out of the weather, hand washed, and now not useable. The rest of the tongs are in great shape, just no working spring.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
