Sharp Image Weak in Dark Areas

We have had the TV for about a month and used online site recommendations to fine tune the settings. These adjustments greatly improved my dark's, but if the scene is cast in a dark area the picture is still blotchy and grainy. Usually the motion/action is smooth but sometimes it gets jerky.

Love the tv, however waiting on update for the last 2 months so the tv doesn't randomly turn on automatically.

The picture quality is poor. It is already starting to pixelating.

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. The picture is superb edge to edge. The sound is fine. Plenty of inputs. My brother was looking to buy a tv prior to the 2020 Super bowl. I told him all about this TV before I bought mine.
