Great TV and service.

We had a couple of issues with TV. Called vizio and immediately they coordinated in home support for corrective action. Mr. Tran visites today and resolved all issues and instructed us in some features and adjustments. Excellent service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent TV image, poor quality control

The TV image is excellent, but unfortunately, being my first Vizio device, I have proven that the company has very poor quality control.
I base my experience on the fact that the first TV I received had a small physical hole on the screen, though the screen wasn’t damaged, you could see the backlight through it, something that should have been caught during the manufacturing process. I had the TV replaced, and the second unit, while the TV was in good condition, the remote control has too many imperfections, including smudges as if the rubber on top had many imperfections.
Other than that, the TV has an excellent color gamut and brightness, and the quality of the image is very good.
I’m not sure if I would recommend this TV to someone, but with the warranty I bought and the price of the TV, we’ll see what the feature of Vizio products will be at my home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TV has perfect picture and good sound. I added a Vizio 5.1 surround sound bar for good measure. The only thing missing with the programing is Roku Like the sound bar I added a cheaper Roku box and everything works seamlessly.
