Within first year of use, we had a tech out 3 times. Within 2 years of use, the racks have rust and the handle cracked. This product is not worth the money. I am going back to LG for best quality.

We are happy to lend a hand with the bottom rack of your dishwasher falling off the track. We recommend pulling the rack out directly from the center of the rack instead of the side. See the video below for guidance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBwYl4FSl40
Racks are very flimsy. Bottom rack doesn’t fit properly, so it will not slide in and out on the tracks. Wheel broke off after a few months. Some dishes do not get clean.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had multiple issues with your dishwasher, and we’d like to assist. For the issue with dishes not getting clean, we recommend making sure the water temperature is at least 120°F. More information about what to try for an issue with dishes not getting clean is available on page 19 of the manual, linked here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--EszXjA26--/2ee1c206fc195cd1717cedf8b41e2ab95579670c.pdf
After reviewing our system, we see you’ve recently been in touch with a member of our team regarding the issues with your dishwasher. We’ll be emailing again to discuss this situation with you further, and we look forward to your response so we can help.
I had not used the dishwasher once and it was already broken from a new home purchase with installed appliances I have asked the builder and GE about returning it and unable to The service warranty has replaced the part in question which is the top part of the door that is a separate plastic piece that has little plastic tabs that hold it in place not even screws It is the worst dishwasher I have ever seen it's where you pull to open it and it completely pulls apart the top panel they should have never designed it this way as it should be an all in one piece with an actual handle

We're glad to hear the technician was able to assist. We'll be sure to pass along your feedback about the door design to our design team for review.
Quiet machine with large capacity and cleans well. We are very happy with this purchase so far. At first the bottom rack seemed to fall off track a lot but it seems to have resolved.

Thanks for letting us know how it's going with your new dishwasher! We're glad to hear you're happy with it. Not only is this machine nice in size and cleans well, it has so many great features as well. The Piranha Hard Food Disposer is one of our favorite features. The stainless steel blade rotates at 3,600 RPM, preventing large particles from clogging the wash arms and ensuring consistently clean dishes!
We recommend referring to the following GE Appliances Youtube video for tips on how to keep the bottom rack on track: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBwYl4FSl40
Washer is barely 2 years old and has died. It has limited washing cycles. Another negative is just how loud this dishwasher is compared to other models in the same price range. The controls are not intuitive and limit selections. The capacity is also on the lower side because of the tray configuration. Also had to replace a rusted out tray in the first year of use (was covered by warranty) The only positive I can think of is the power consumption, outside of the heating element it is fair where energy consumption us concerned.

We'd like to assist with your dishwasher not powering on. We will be reaching out to you via email to gather additional information. Please respond to the email at your earliest convenience.
The front door of the washer feels like not high grade plastic, kind of flimsy feeling. Also the bottom rack does NOT stay on the tracks! Otherwise, it fits dishes well, and cleans them well.

We're sorry to hear you're not entirely satisfied with the design of the door. We will be sure to share your feedback with the proper teams for further review. For issues with the racks not pulling out properly, we recommend trying the troubleshooting provided in this article on our website: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38988
This product was extremely poorly constructed and the bottom section is very difficult to pull out and push in.

We'd like to assist with your dishwasher's lower rack being difficult to pull out. The most common cause of the rack being hard to remove is either a hard water mineral build-up or a build-up of detergent residue. Soap residue can cause the wheels or rack slides to start to stick so that they don't roll properly. Using a rinse agent can help minimize the build-up of detergent and hard water minerals on your dishes and on the interior of the dishwasher. Additionally, you'll want to use high quality detergents such as Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. You can click here to find additional methods to help remove the mineral/detergent build-up in your unit: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38988 If the issue continues, we recommend scheduling service with our Bodewell team by calling 1-833-426-3393 or online here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
