We're happy to assist you with your dishwasher. The below video link describes how to adjust a lower rack in a dishwasher, so it rolls smoothly on the tub rack track. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBwYl4FSl40
Could be a little better built. Rollers and tray are not sturdy. Door doesn't feel like it's closed half the time. Not designed for heave dishes

We want to help with the wash performance you are noticing on your new dishwasher. We recommend checking out this link below, as it goes over a lot of information on how to optimize the cleaning performance. (https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38933). As for the film you are noticing, this can be caused by using too much detergent or a specific kind. You can check this link here, which goes over those situations. (https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=21548).
Cheap. Very light. Bottom shelf does not roll out evenly. Does not dry.

We'd like to do what we can to help! We recommend ensuring that your dishwasher is properly level. If not, this can result in the drawer opening unevenly.
Your particular model has a feature called "Dry Boost", which is is an innovative new drying option that targets hard-to-dry items like plastics. It significantly improves drying performance, providing up to three times better drying compared to a Heated Dry option. We recommend selecting this feature to ensure your dishes are thoroughly dry.
