The only downside to it is the noise and high pitched sound it makes.

So far, so good

There is plenty of space inside the dishwasher for all types of items. It is a standard set-up unlike another brand we purchased previously which had tightly slanted prongs on bottom shelf presenting a challenge when putting dishes in or bowls. We have only had it for 2 months, so will see how well the reliability is in the future. The only complaint might be that there still is water on plastic items after the drying cycle. This is mostly mitigated by using the boost or higher drying cycle.

Like the deep baskets and top and bottom sprayers. Don't like the side silverware basket - need to fully open the door and roll the basket partway out to use the back 2 silverware bins. Quiet operation - quieter than a previous dishwasher. not pleased with the button placement. More than once when shutting the dishwasher I've accidently pressed the start button. Have not used it enough yet to really rate the cleaning ability. Of 3 runs, 1 came out dirty - the recommended soap packet had not dissolved completely and was stuck inside the soap dispenser.

It's a large washer, even fits large pots and pans, is quiet and spacious. Definitely would recommend. I even bake a lot and it cleans well, the soap spot is small, so use the finish that is recommended.

Good washer

I'm impressed with the second sprayer for the top rack. Also, the removable utensil tray is nice, however I wish it could be stowed on either side of the washer. I finally get to wash my dishes, for the first time in 2 weeks. (Too lazy to do it by hand. Did that for 4 years. Never again)
I would recommend this to a friend!
