Had tons of issues with this model. Finally after 2 years the model crashed with the console errors. It didn’t even turn on properly. Had to throw Away as the console repair cost more then the new one. I thought GE was the top premium six sigma kaizen brand. Geez !

We see that you are working with our internal team, and we are confident that they will continue to assist you with getting these dishwasher issues resolved.
We love that this dishwasher gets through the cycle quickly and quietly. The dishes also fit very well in both racks. That is something that is overlooked by other, more expensive machines. I would buy this again.
This dishwasher is very loud when running. Also the bottom rack doesn’t like to stay on the track so operating the bottom rack is frustrating and a pain especially when you have it full of dishes and it being difficult to push into the dishwasher. The cycles seem to be longer than usual but so far it seems to clean well.

We'd like to share some information about the sound level and offer tips that can help with the mobility of the bottom rack. To help with the bottom rack staying on the rail, we recommend fully removing the rack then reinstalling it. You can check out additional tips in our article here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38988.

The bottom shelf does not slide in or out appropriately. The design is awkward and frustrating. I have to fight to slide it in and out. The door is also extremely light and I'm never sure if it is sealed right. Looking to replace it as soon as possible.

We’d like to assist with this issue you’re having with your bottom rack. If the upper or lower racks on your dishwasher seem to be squeaking, sticking or are not rolling out all the way, the most common cause is either a hard water mineral build-up or a build-up of detergent residue. We have an article from our website with more tips to help with getting your racks to easily slide in and out at link: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38988&_gl=1*. The gaskets on our dishwashers run down both sides and tuck in at the bottom of the door. There is also a gap at the bottom of the door where the gasket does not meet. This is the normal design of the door gasket to allow for proper air venting. Our products are designed with durability in mind, and we use high-quality materials to manufacture our appliances. If you ever need assistance with your product, we’re here to help.
Well the door opens and it feel poorly made almost like a toy dish washer. The racks dont stay on the track when I pull them out it jumps out of the dish washer and it just looks like a cheap manufactured product.

We'd like to assist with the your dishwasher's lower rack not staying on the rails. It's extremely important that you don't overload your dishwasher racks when loading dishes. Our dishwasher upper racks are life-tested to handle a 30 lb. load; Lower racks are tested to handle a 50 lb. load. You can find information about loading your dishwasher on pages 11-15 of the owner's manual here: https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--EszXjA26--/2ee1c206fc195cd1717cedf8b41e2ab95579670c.pdf. If this doesn't help, the next step we recommend is to uninstall and reinstall the lower rack to ensure its in place on the support rails. If the issue continues, we recommend scheduling service with our Bodewell team by calling 1-833-426-3393 or online here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm.
