Dishwasher is being ran about 1-2 times a week and like others, both trays rusted within the year of use. I do not recommend. It has no value for money.

Worst machine I ever had. After 1 1/2 years rusted on the inside. The prongs on the racks get burnt out and just break off. Need to replace because it doesn’t cover any of the above mentioned defaults. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PRODUCT!!!!

We'd like to assist you with your dishwasher. It is normal to hear many sounds while the unit is in operation. Please refer to the article below for more information on this: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16269
As far as the racks, you can find them on our parts website. Here is the link: https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/assembly/GDF510PSM0SS
The inside rusted out within a year. It won’t dry anything and cleaning is subpar at best. Complete garbage of an appliance.

Both racks are rusting. It’s horrible! It all lands on the dishes and I have to rewash by hand. What good is a dishwasher which throws rust particles on your dishes?

Rating low due to racks rusting. Dishwasher was installed in new construction home, 2020 and started rusting within <1 year. Rusting initially appeared on top rack and is now visible on lower rack. All items washed are dishwasher safe (glass, plastics, silicon)
1 hour wash does not fully wash small loads. It is similar to a rinse cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
