We would like to help you with the washing/drying performance and sound level of your unit. We recommend using a high-quality detergent in tablet or packet form and ensuring that the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Additionally, make sure you are loading your items properly by following the steps outlined on pages 11 to 15 of the owner's manual: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--3wSe9zks--/a59b5d15aed1d69ae0bc2b25d1613503520e95e4.pdf
If your issue persists after troubleshooting, we recommend scheduling service with one of our Bodewell technicians by calling 1-833-426-3393 or visiting us online at: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

Easy to use. But buttons need extra pressure. Control panel needs some improvement.

Wish the inside was metal and not plastic! It will not last as long. I had no choice as it came with the new house.
