Sub par build quality

The build quality of the dishwasher is sub par. The dishwasher does wash the dishes very clean. If you are not worried about build quality then this product meets your needs

Very cheaply made! Bottom drawer is very hard to pull in and out and feels very cheap!

If the upper or lower racks on your dishwasher seem to be sticking or are not rolling out all the way, the most common cause is either a hard water mineral build-up or a build-up of detergent residue. We recommend using a high-quality detergent in tablet or packet form and ensuring that the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Additionally, make sure you are loading your items properly by following the steps outlined on pages 11 to 15 of the owner's manual:
