Water Temperature Issue/Noisy

Dishwasher has not worked properly since day 1. Does not get up to temperature and is incredibly noisy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend checking to make sure that your inlet water temperature is set to 120 degrees F minimum. This new dishwasher was in my new build home when the home was purchased in 2021. I am not sure if it is normal for both the top and bottom racks to develop rust and the paint to start coming off the racks after 4 years. In any case, I had to purchase new racks for the dishwasher. I am lucky that they had them in stock. Other than that, it works fine.
