Looks good but cheaply made

It looks nice but the inside parts look cheaply made, we have already had an issue with the detergent lid coming off , the bottom rack doesn’t slide smoothly and comes off track easily. I will not purchase this model again

We'd like to assist you with your dishwasher. The wheels on the rack could possibly be bent. We recommend referring to the troubleshooting below for guidance:

If the latch lid continues to come off, a member of our team will be reaching out to you via email to gather additional information. Please respond at your earliest convenience.

Horrible

Horrible loading. Half of bottom drawer only fits large plates. My slightly smaller dinner plates and large salad bowls are too small to fit between the tines. Drying feature leaves dishes dripping wet. Yes, I've read and followed directions. Also, utensil caddy is 4 giant compartments, so silverware spoons together and doesn't get clean.

We want to help out with the lights shutting off. We recommend trying an electronic reset, which can be done by removing the power cord for 2-3 minutes then plugging it back in.

If you are still experiencing issues, we suggest scheduling service. You can do so by calling 1-800-432-2737 or by visiting this link: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

Good product but could be a little more sturdy.

This dishwasher had some pros and some cons (as everything) lol. It makes very little noise, which is a pro. Does clean well the dishes but the material it is made of seems to be poor. The Botton shelf is very loose, which I don't like. Overall, if you have a small budget, this would be a good choice. If you have a little more money to spend, go for a better model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Rusted racks

I have had this dishwasher for about 5 years and both the top and bottom racks are rusting. Not what I expected when I purchased this dishwasher, I thought it would last a lot longer.
