Sometimes soap door doesn’t open

This is a brand new dishwasher and multiple times I have had to rerun the entire cycle as the soap door doesn’t open at times. This is happening with regular dishwasher gel, not with powder or packs where I wouldn’t be as surprised.

This is a builder provided dishwasher, so there was no opportunity to check it out before purchasing. The dishwasher seems flimsy and cheaply made. It randomly starts a cycle when the door is closed. I would not recommend and would not purchase again.

Easy to use, like the added heat option

I like the silverware rack on the side, like the added heat option. Dishes always come out clean, controls are simple and easy to use. However, we seem to use lots of bowls in our house, and there is not enough room for them as they don't fit on bottom rack. Also, unit is a little noisy. Including an insulating blanket would be a big help.
