Thank you so much for your review!
We’re thrilled you’re enjoying features like Dry Boost, which gets hard-to-dry items like plastics up to three times drier than standard heated dry dishwashers. And with High Wash Performance, you can skip the pre-rinse—powerful cycles handle even the messiest loads for sparkling results every time. It’s a lifesaver after a big family dinner when the last thing you want to do is pre-wash every dish.
Thank you again—we are confident you'll enjoy this dishwasher for many years to come!
Everything is plastic inside. Bottom rack comes off easily. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money on this dishwasher. Cheaply made!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the design and materials of your new dishwasher. If the bottom rack is sliding out too easily, it may help to check that the dishwasher is level. Step-by-step leveling instructions can be found in Step 11 on page 10 of the Installation Instructions, which can improve stability and performance: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--E7nOqfrD--/d63567c046d3fcf6a466d940bd65de4141e3e615.pdf -- If your unit is leveled front to back and side to side and you are still experiencing this issue, service may be needed. 1) The bottom rack does not roll on the tracks correctly. 2)Also the bottom foot plate keeps popping out when opening the door.3) The water sprayer is loose and because of the bottom rack not sitting correctly, the sprayer can get hung up by the rack and not twirl around as it should.

We are more than happy to assist you with this dishwasher. We have provided some tips at the link below to help with the racks sticking/not pulling out properly. We encourage you to schedule service with one of our certified technicians to get this kick plate issue resolved as well as the spray arm. I only ever have to use one cycle to get a really great clean on my dishes and it’s pretty quiet even when nobody is in the house! Super glad to have it not consume much energy either very very happy with my dishwasher and how large the capacity for it is!
The dishwasher came with the newly built house. Not very intuitive and has fewer choices to use. We had to pre rinse the dishes as the first time we used it without pre rinsing , the dishes are still greasy
