Piece of Garbage
on May 27, 2024
Posted by: Klb06260
This is hands down the most expensive piece of garbage I’ve owned in my home. This is a brand new dishwasher and does not clean dishes well, doesn’t fully drain the water causing the dishwasher to smell awful, also despite the highest dry setting being selected, the dishes come out soaking wet. This came in my new build home, yet I’m thinking of completely throwing it away and paying for a new one out of pocket due to the terrible quality.

We hate to hear that your dishwasher racks rusted, causing you to replace your dishwasher after such a short time. This is not something that we want or expect to hear; we’ll be sure to forward your experience to our product team so that we can work to ensure issues like this don’t continue to occur, and we hope to earn your trust back in the future.

We would like to help with your dishwasher cycle. To use the heavy duty cycle, we recommend referring to page 5 of the manual at this link here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--KAwIFvFE--/wt9masbafxuwkabch2ql.pdf

trouble with turning on the machine to start washi

TROUBLE with the "On" switch. after I closed the door, almost every time, I have trouble to turn on the washer by just simply firmly press once on the "ON" button. the machine would not come on, except I have to press hard for longer than 3 seconds to cancel or turn off the machine. wait for a few seconds then press once to turn on the machine. this create unnessary anxiety or steps.
