We bought a new home so the dishwasher was installed by the builder. I feel they should’ve upgraded this dishwasher like they did with the other appliances. It’s very noisy and doesn’t have a lot of features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple to program and enough room for 2 people. If you have both drawers open it will tilt forward but not a big deal.

When I first saw this product, it felt like an ordinary products. However it continues to amaze me every day. I always get clean dishes, and a sanitized feeling. Already in love with this product.

We had issues with the rubber seal from day one. Sometimes it doesn’t completely dissolve the cascade detergent pod so we have to run it a 2nd time

Go ahead and spend a little more and get a better machine. About 50% of the time the liquid detergent we use doesn't even get used - it either pools/runs to the bottom or stays in the hole. About 30% of the time, it won't start when I press the start button. It is only a couple of months old and from that start I said I disliked it but it has only gotten worse. I am giving it two stars because it beats handwashing but not my much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
