It is not even a year old and the racks are rusting. The soap dispenser does not always dispense the soap and we use finish liquid soap

This dishwasher is very loud. A few times already plates, glasses and silverware were not completely cleaned. Also, the top rack I find the glasses are still wet (I do use rinse aid); I need to dry with a towel myself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The dishwasher works fine, but it looks cheap. Doesn't have setting to change the water to surge, spray, etc.

This dishwasher was part of an “Gourmet Kitchen”. Not sure the dishwasher is gourmet. It’s kinda loud and doesn’t provide many options for washing. Feels cheap. However it does clean the dishes well.

Love the 1hour feature

Love this dishwasher machine as it has portable basket where you put the utensils and their 1 hour washing feature as my previous machine took so long to do the washing job.
I would recommend this to a friend!
