Start-up issues

Dishwasher will not complete a full cycle on any setting on initial start-up in our new home. We live in Red Rock, AZ just outside of Tucson and getting service took multiple calls and a case file from GE Consumer Relations at headquarters to get things moving. We finally have an appointment next week,
I would recommend this to a friend!

Builder grade at best

This was provided by our builder in a new construction villa. It is very flimsy. The inside is all cheap plastic. The drying cycle doesn't dry and every dish must be hand dried. Inside never dries out so you have dry it as well. We lest our home for 3 weeks and it was still wet when we returned. We will replace as soon as we can afford it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The clean cycle is long, more than two hours…

Do not buy!

Doesn’t run half the time you tell it to start. Often have to run it twice to get my dishes clean and the inside is always wet even after a dry cycle. Only reason we have this is because it is what was installed by the builders of our home and we cannot afford a new one.

If there is food or detergent residue left on your dishes when the wash cycle is complete, there are a few things you can do to improve your dishwasher's cleaning performance.
