Awful, poor quality.

Absolute worst dishwasher I have ever owned. It is very poor quality and doesn’t even work properly. We have to run the cycle 2-3 times for the dishes to get clean and there’s always soap residue left behind.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your dishwasher. We're sorry to hear that your dishes are not getting clean, and we want to help!

To improve the wash performance we recommend taking a look at the link below:
https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17452#:~:text=Excessive%20amounts%20of%20food%20may,that%20will%20affect%20wash%20performance.

A white, milky film on glassware, dishware and the interior of the dishwasher can be caused by your dishwasher detergent. Because modern detergent are phosphate-free, they can potentially leave a white film on glassware, other items, and even the dishwasher tub itself.

Why is there standing water left in the dishwasher, with food and everything, after the drying cycle and then just sits there growing mold, while all the clean dishes are still inside until I can unload? gross. and yes, i clean the trap every wash.

Start-up issues

Dishwasher will not complete a full cycle on any setting on initial start-up in our new home. We live in Red Rock, AZ just outside of Tucson and getting service took multiple calls and a case file from GE Consumer Relations at headquarters to get things moving. We finally have an appointment next week,
I would recommend this to a friend!

Builder grade at best

This was provided by our builder in a new construction villa. It is very flimsy. The inside is all cheap plastic. The drying cycle doesn't dry and every dish must be hand dried. Inside never dries out so you have dry it as well. We lest our home for 3 weeks and it was still wet when we returned. We will replace as soon as we can afford it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
