We just bought a new Glimmer home in wilson’s Mills, North Carolina our dishwasher is malfunctioning. We need to have someone come out and check our Appliance. We have not been able to use it and it’s brand new.

We recommend using a high-quality detergent in tablet or packet form and ensuring that the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Additionally, make sure you are loading your items properly by following the steps outlined on pages 11 to 15 of the owner's manual:

Very cheaply made! Bottom drawer is very hard to pull in and out and feels very cheap!

If the upper or lower racks on your dishwasher seem to be sticking or are not rolling out all the way, the most common cause is either a hard water mineral build-up or a build-up of detergent residue.
