Cycle is too long

Bought a new house with this appliance. Couldn't believe it is 2+ hours to complete cycle so thought I was doing something wrong. My dishes are practically clean when I put them in so thought there was a quick cycle - No just cycles that add more washing or drying time than the normal cycle which takes 2+ hours.

Hi there, congratulations on your new house! In addition, we're sorry your cycles are taking longer than expected. We can understand why you're annoyed so we'll be sure to pass your comments along to our product team for further consideration.
I have owned this incredible GE dishwasher for 3 months now and it is so quiet ,that I used to keep checking to hear if it’s running. It has the best cleaning I have ever had no water spots on glassware. And cleans pots and pans very well under the 1hour cycle. The best part is it is a energy saver.
We love the new dishwasher. A little small for a family of 5. We have 3 little kids so the dishes build up daily. Wish the utensil holder was a little bigger and add one more compartment so that the utensils and each have their own place. My favorite part is the drying. It leaves our dishes dry other than cups that have water pooled on the tops. Other than that the dishes are dry and ready to be put up immediately after the wash.
It’s no good product, it’s no working good, she finish the dishes still wet

So disappointed in the overall quality. There is no air dry selection and mold collects in gasket at the bottom of the dishwasher. (One more thing for me to clean 3 times a week.) The dishwasher is extremely LOUD.
