This dishwasher came brand new with my home. Within 1 year, the top and bottom dishwasher racks rusted. The dishwasher rack is not safe to use, and the coating on the racks comes off. Do not buy this dishwasher! Photos attached are current condition.

My son and I love the new dishwasher. It washes very well and dries the dishes too. It is more than enough for the two of us. Since moving 3 days ago, we have used it 3 times and are happy with the result. The only downside is the noise it makes which my son said kind of sounds like Siren Head. Will update my review in a month or two.
This unit is garbage. The bottom track doesn't stay on, falls literally every time you push it in or out. It starts but doesn't run, says it finished but never started and is horrible at cleaning when it does work. Don't waste your money, guess that's why the builder chose to use it. Because their cheap

We are happy to hear that your dishwasher is cleaning well. We are however happy to provide guidance with the drying of your dishes. The temperature of your wash load will effect the drying performance of your unit. Water entering the dishwasher should be between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit for best wash and dry performance. Run the faucet closest to the Dishwasher prior to starting the Dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. We also recommend unloading the lower rack first. Water from the upper rack can spill on the lower rack if you unload it first, making the dishes in the lower rack wet.
We have provided some additional tips to help with the drying performance here: Unload the lower rack first. Water from the upper rack can spill on the lower rack if you unload it first, making the dishes in the lower rack wet.
Your feedback is extremely important to us. We will pass these comments regarding the capacity along to our product team to review.
Does not dry all the way. Always wet inside. So we have to leave it open to dry out. Detergent dispenser leaks as soon as we put detergent in it. Takes to long to cycle. Bottom rack does not fit correctly. Most of the Q&A on this product are all issues. The racks are poorly designed. It is a horrible product. Do not buy it.

We'd like to assist you with your dishwasher's drying performance. This unit has a dry boost feature which significantly improves the drying performance. If selecting dry boost doesn't help, there are a few things you can try, like making sure your rinse aid dispenser is full and the cap is fitted and functioning properly. You can also inspect the vent and clean off any debris that may be restricting airflow. For further troubleshooting, see here: https://repair.geappliances.com/resources/faq/article/why-is-my-dishwasher-not-drying
It is normal for your dishwasher to run for up to two hours or more under certain conditions. Cycle times vary based on soil level, water temperature, and options selected. If the racks are don't seem to roll out properly or they are sticking, we recommend trying the tips in the link here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38988
With the detergent leaking, be sure the dispenser is cleaned out from the use of previous detergent. If it continues to leak, you can schedule a service appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-426-3393 or schedule online at https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service
