Hello there,
We're glad to hear that you like your dishwasher and that it cleans well! We appreciate you sharing your review with us. Have a wonderful day. Mike@GEA
The machine is cheap and flimsy. It leaves puddles on everything and you could leave it "drying " for 8 hours and everything is still soaking wet. Owned for 5 weeks now and I already purchased a new one. Very unhappy.

Hello there,
We're awfully sorry to hear that your dishwasher left puddles on your floor and did not dry well. We can certainly understand how frustrating that is. We're also sorry to hear that you needed to replace it so soon. If you experience any issues, please let us know. Mike@GEA
The normal cycle for this dishwasher takes three hours! If you don’t use a rinse product the dishes come out dripping wet, even though the dry button is pushed. After one year of use, it began leaking a brown substance that looks like rust!

Hello,
We're terribly sorry to hear that your dishwasher is not only not drying your dishes well, but is also leaking. We understand how aggravating that is and would like to share some troubleshooting articles with you.
Would love to give it great reviews, but every time I run it. I open it up to all my dishes dripping with water. It came with our new house and I am very disappointed in the drying quality.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to review your dishwasher. We're sorry to hear that there's standing water and odors and know how much of a pain that is. Some standing water is ok, but if you notice an excess amount, check out this article.
It feels like it's made out of balsa wood. I'm actually surprised it can hold water. GE installers installed it incorrectly. I can lift it up with two fingers.

Hi there, we're so sorry to see that your door is twisting when opened. This is certainly not the level of quality we hold ourselves to so we can imagine your frustration.
