Our dishwasher does it's job, but sometimes it does not clean our dishes properly. Also lots of water spots on our dishes and it is a new dishwasher. I've had older dishwashers before that was much better at cleaning dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, and thanks for letting us know about your experience. We hate to hear you’ve had an issue with your dishes not always getting clean, as well as having water spots on your dishes. This certainly isn’t the experience we want to provide for you, and we regret the trouble you’ve had.
Regarding wash performance, you may want to make sure the water temperature is at least 120 degrees F, and the filter isn’t clogged. For the issue you’ve had with spots, a high enough temperature may help with that as well, and using a rinse agent may also help. We have additional troubleshooting tips about both issues in the manual, with the troubleshooting section starting on page 19: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-4000218-2.pdf&_ .

Excellent product. Dishwashers make a lot of noice but this one is bearable and if you are watching a movie you won’t even notice. Cleans of greasy dishes pretty well.

A little on the loud side

We moved into a new house the the appliances came with the house. Looks good from the outside and appears to clean the dishes. The only complaint is it is louder then the dishwasher we had before. I am assuming in this one there is not much insulation
