It washes the dishes, makes them clean and then heats them up to temperatures only found in the depths of hell. Makes putting away dishes go really fast.

The unit is entry level of course however it does not clean very well especially drying but that is what is expected. My compliment is the amount of moisture that is left in the unit and condensation that is around all the plastic walls inside the unit even after days of being open. Also, the unit has poor gaskets and started to leak on the 3rd cycle run. GE tech came out to check it out and shared that gasket was floppy and not secure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaks water from door. Never fully rinses soap pod

Settings are confusing. Both dry settings have the same results. Waiting for repair for leaking door. Not the quietest. Never know when it’s supposed to be finished.
