Not impressed at all.

We have ran two loads of dishes through it and they are never completely dry. We have to hand dry the dishes. Also the bottom rack is always coming out. I do not recommend this model at all.

Also, if the lower rack rolls in because the door is not lying flat, then the door springs need to be adjusted. The installer should have adjusted the springs properly when the dishwasher was installed. The Installation Instructions will provide directions, or contact the installer to adjust the springs. If the dishwasher door stays fully open and the racks in the dishwasher roll in or out by themselves, the dishwasher is not level. The leveling legs should have been adjusted at installation to ensure the dishwasher is level, front-to-back, and left-to-right. Dishwasher simple. I can't put utensil basket on door it won't close so it takes to much space off basket to fit more dishes. Front of dishwasher stains easily and it's hard to remove or clean.

Leaky dishwasher

We purchased our home at the end of May. By mid August our dishwasher started to leak. Fortunately we discovered the leak before we had water damage to our hard wood floors. We requested service from a GE tech, who came out a week later. The tech has been great. He ordered new parts for our washer, but tech services has been so busy, he can’t come back for 2 weeks to make the necessary repairs. We’re not pleased with this purchase

Great cleaning/Needs better buttons

We've been using our new dishwasher for the past 4 week. Cleans very well and things are left with little to none residues. Only complaint is that we need to press the buttons extra hard in order for the dishwasher to operate. Other than that is a great dishwasher.

This dishwasher replaced my old GE dishwasher I had for 14 years.
The look is good, clean and sleek but It is missing a couple of features that would be nice like the time of the cycle in minutes. The normal wash cycle runs over 3 hours, which seems very long. Also not sure how much water it’s using.
On my old machine there was a short cycle which was 40 minutes and the normal cycle was probably 1 1/2 hours.

Also I don’t like the closer/ locking mechanism, it doesn’t feel secure and I can’t seem to get rid of the plastic smell inside even after 3 uses. The price was ok and definitely less than other models, but I think the quality is not there. Perhaps I should have paid more and traded up.
I think GE appliances are good. I still have my stove and it works well. I just think this dishwasher was a little cheaply made.
