Seems to be a low end model. I suspect the builder purchased this unit on a price point.

Brand New, Came with the house, Replacing it asap
on September 21, 2022

This dishwasher came with our house through the builder. The cycles are hard to understand and can take anywhere from 2.5 hours to 6 hours. The dishes never dry, even with a drying agent. You have to wait until the cycle ends the open the door so they can air dry. The utensil caddy only has 4 compartments and no separators, so your spoons and forks will bunch together unless you are real strategic on how you load them up. I would have gladly paid for an upgrade, but that was not an option for us. Awful dishwasher and we will be replacing as soon as possible.

Hello- We appreciate your feedback and want you to know it is valuable to us. We will share this with our engineering and design teams. We are sorry to hear you aren't happy with your new dishwasher.
In regards to the long cycle time, the U.S. Department of Energy, the EPA Energy Star program, and consumer demand has driven dishwasher manufacturer’s to make dishwashers much more energy and water efficient over the last several years. But there are always tradeoffs to using less energy and water. Longer wash cycles will actually lower the energy consumption. It’s a little counter-intuitive, most people experiencing a long cycle will imagine the power meter spinning out of control. However, the truth is that it’s much more efficient to take less water from the water heater and run the dishwasher longer. The bottom line is that the price of high efficiency is longer wash cycles.

Works fine

Loading utensils problematic. With basket on right side, front-to-rear, you have to pull out the entire bottom drawer to access the rear utensil compartments when loading. If the basket was at the front, left-to-right, this would not be an issue. In this survey, you need to have an "Other-Explain" option for "why did you choose GE. We had no choice....our builder made it for us!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I find the dishes do not get clean unless I rinse them first. The dish racks & rollers are cheaply made & don't stay on the tracks. You have to pull them out VERY slowly or they come out of the track
