Not the dishwasher I had hoped for

This dishwasher came with our new condo. It works fine. The bottom rack doesn't roll back properly. Half the time, I have to reset the rollers to roll the bottom rack back into the dishwasher. Not very sturdy. I've been spoiled with a better quality dishwasher. Not very happy with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It hasn’t worked since I got it

I have been stood up for repair appointments twice by GE. Waiting on third appointment. My dishwasher has not worked a day since I got it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not dry the dishes and does not use All the soap leaves Residue absolutely terrible machine I would never ever ever recommend it to a friend it’s awful! It should not even be allowed to be on public use

Thanks for your feedback. Having a dishwasher that does not dry and does not use all the soap can be bothersome, and we apologize that this was your experience. We would like to offer some help. To troubleshoot, use only high quality automatic dishwasher detergents to avoid sudsing. Cascade®Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent have been approved for use in all GE Appliances dishwashers. To remove suds from the tub, open the dishwasher and let suds dissipate. Pump out water by pressing Start and close the door. Wait 30 seconds. Open the door, press and hold Start for 3 seconds, and close the door. Repeat if necessary. Deposition the dishes, so the water from the lower spray arm can flush the detergent cup. Lastly, make sure the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Select Heated Dry or Dry Boost Normal/High. Use Wash Temp Boost/High. Select a higher cycle, such as Steam Sani or Heavy/Heavy Duty.

The dishwasher doesn't clean well. Water comes out cold at first. The digital control panel is confusing and didn't work well.

First, we want to give you some troubleshooting things to try for the dishes not getting clean. To make sure that the water entering the dishwasher is hot, turn on the hot water faucet nearest the dishwasher, let run until the water temperature stops rising. Then start the dishwasher and turn off the faucet. This ensures the
entering water is hot. Select Wash Temp Boost/High if available. Also, be sure that you are using a high quality detergent.
