Told the sprayer arm jammed and was spraying at door causing leak. Should not leak even if that happens. Also told this model has this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, and thanks for contacting us. We hate to hear you’ve had trouble getting your dishes to dry, found it hard to program the start, and have concerns over the noise and racks. We always want to provide a great product using quality materials, and notice of your concerns will be sent to our team for review; your insights are appreciated.
The manual has a ‘Getting Started’ section starting on page 5 that may be helpful with the trouble you’ve had; that is linked here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-4000218-2.pdf&_. The manual has troubleshooting tips as well, including details on what to try when the dishes aren’t drying on page 20. Among the other tips, you may want to make sure the water temperature is at least 120 degrees F and consider using a rinse agent. The troubleshooting section also has information on what noises are normal for the dishwasher, if that may be useful for you.
We hope this helps. If you have any other concerns or questions, we’re glad to offer assistance any time. All the best! -Sarah@GEA

We like the dishwasher. It works well and as expected. It took us a minute to figure out how to run it in a way that ensured that the soap pack would be released, but we got it after a few tries.
