[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is good if you’re not using it all the time. I havent had any issues other than the side of the rubber coming off everytime it rolls in or out. Other wise it’s good in cleaning, drying i love ! But it just depends on the persons needs. I’m satisfied & haven’t had any issues but i don’t use it daily nor twice a day.
Dishwasher sucks. Doesn’t clean dishes and also does not dry dishes. Everybody has the same problem. It came with the house, it’s less than two years old, it’s rusted out already, film on the plates and residue. It’s loud when it runs, have to press buttons several times for operations. It’s definitely builder grade, we did not choose these appliances with the house, someone else built it and we got a discount. It is what it is, but I will be buying a new one , stay away, spend the money on something better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's just an average dishwasher. American Home Shield couldn't find parts for our 20 year old Whirlpool that had more features. I absolutely hate the latch as you have to press hard to close it. It does an OK job washing the dishes, but it takes a lot longer to run a normal wash cycle.

We want to help with your dishwasher's door latch, cleaning performance & cycle times. When you have a new dishwasher, it may be necessary to push in on the top center of the control panel while latching the door because the gasket is new and still very stiff. Please review the following article for more information.
Dishwasher: Door Not Closing Properly: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38904
As for your dishwasher's wash performance, we recommend ensuring that your incoming water temperature is at least 120° F. For more tips to try, take a look at the following article:
The cycle times vary based on soil level, water temperature, and options selected but you can see approximate wash times on page 5 in the Use and Care manual, here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--EszXjA26--/2ee1c206fc195cd1717cedf8b41e2ab95579670c.pdf
I just got them and started using them, but even on regular cycle the dishwasher rocks I can’t believe how clean everything was when I opened it up the dishwasher even took the coffee stains out of a coffee cup that I use so much. I couldn’t get it all out my hand And the microwave is quiet and heat very well. I haven’t had any hotspots in my food so far and the dishwasher is fairly quiet for a dishwasher so I’m very happy with both products.
