1 - the rubber seal is constantly coming loose which makes me super nervous that I’ll have a flood situation 2 - the door doesn’t always close securely so I have to fiddle with it 3 - I used stainless steel cleaner and that made it look like it wasn’t wiped down and streaky 4 - I used a small suction cup with a hook to put a towel on the door and the door rusted around the rubber suction part 5 - I bought a new home and this was installed by the builder. Had I been aware of the cheap quality I definitely would have upgraded. 6 - if I turn my place into a rental, I will have to replace the dishwasher because I am fearful the dishwasher will leak and renters might not pay close attention. 7 - the rack is already rusting after one year and I only use it once a week

I normally wash my dishes by hand, because I never thought that dishwashers worked well, but I started using this one when we moved in and I like it! The only thing I wish I was more thorough was the drying process. Even with the drying setting on the max, the dishes are still pretty wet.
Used twice before i left for a few months, then dead. Was new did not need extended warranty? Second replacement. other new one was in place in a new home, didn’t work either. Check to see if you can get service in your area before purchasing any name brand appliance, buyer beware.

To rack rusted after a year. Since it’s out of warranty they won’t do anything even though multiple people have issues with the racks rusting. Buy a different dishwasher

Hello - Thank you for taking the time to write a review. However, we regret to hear that your racks have rusted. This is certainly not what we'd expect, and we apologize for this matter.
This model rack is PVC-coated over steel. When loading the dishwasher with sharp objects (ex., knives), ensure it is carefully placed so that it does not nip the racks coating over time.
Also, ensure that the dishwasher is not being overloaded. You may view loading tips on page 11 of the owner's manual here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-4000218-2.pdf&_ga.
We recommend replacing your racks with a new set. You may view the racks of your dishwasher here: https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/assembly/GDF510PSR3SS.
We strive to provide the best quality and will share your review with our product development team. We're always here if you need anything. Take care, Shayla@GEA
