We'd like to assist with the dishwasher's Start button not being responsive at all times. The first thing we recommend is to make sure the dishwasher door is closed tightly and is latched correctly. Open the door and then close it again firmly. Make sure there is nothing inside the dishwasher preventing the door from closing completely. If this doesn't help, please reset the fuse or circuit breaker in your home that provides power to the dishwasher to reset the controls. If the issue continues, we recommend scheduling service with our Bodewell team by calling 1-833-426-3393 or online here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

We'd like to assist with your new dishwasher's cleaning performance. It's important that you use high quality detergents such as Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent to ensure the best detergent performance. Additionally, you'll want to make sure your dishes are being loaded properly to ensure the large dishware does not block the detergent dispenser or the wash arms. We recommend you review the "Loading" section on pages 11-15 here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--EszXjA26--/2ee1c206fc195cd1717cedf8b41e2ab95579670c.pdf - If this doesn't prove helpful, you can find additional tips in the "Dishes and flatware not clean" section on pg. 19 of the Owner's Manual.

We would like to help and provide some guidance. To select a cycle, Press the Cycle or Select Cycle pad for the desired wash cycle. The light next to the Cycle/Select Cycle pad will be lit to indicate which wash cycle has been selected. The cycle may be selected with the door in an open position. The cycle will not start until the Start pad is pressed and the door is closed within 4 seconds. If this is not happening, then we would suggest reaching out to our Bodewell team so they may come take a look at your unit at the link and phone number below. 833-426-3393 https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

We want to help you with your dishwasher's not pausing sound level and drying performance. To pause your unit, we recommend slowly opening the door. Opening the door will cause the wash cycle to pause (the dishwasher will beep every minute to remind you to close the door) To restart or resume the cycle, press Start and close the door within 4 seconds.
To help you with the sound level and drying performance of your unit, we recommend making sure you are loading your items properly. To do so, you can follow the instructions in page 11 to 15 of the owner's manual here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--EszXjA26--/2ee1c206fc195cd1717cedf8b41e2ab95579670c.pdf
You can find additional tips in page 19 and 20 of the owner's manual as well.
If your issues persist after troubleshooting, we recommend scheduling service with one of our Bodewell technicians by calling 1-833-426-3393 or visiting us online at: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
We are going to share your comments regarding the bottom rack wheels with our product team for review.
I just love it! It's nice and quiet cleans everything brilliantly. Installation was excellent. The controls are easy. There is plenty of cycles you could choose from in the capacity is so big. I could never really fill it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes forever, and doesn't even clean anything. It left an awful residue and I ended up needing to hand wash everything all over. Also leaves everything soaking wet despite having a "dry cycle." Spend a little more money and get something that works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We would like to provide you with some assistance with your dishwasher drying and the grit/residue you're experiencing. You will need to ensure that the water entering the dishwasher is between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit for best wash and dry performance. Run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. We also recommend using a rinse aid to help with the drying of dishware, as rinse aids prevent spots on glasses and promote drying by causing water to sheet off of dishware and glassware.
We have provided some additional troubleshooting tips for poor drying in your dishwasher here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451
We have also provided some tips to help with the residue here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38935
If the tips provided above do not help, service is advised. You can schedule an appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
