It's very easy to load. Some dishes have to be rinsed before using the dishwasher, but overall it's pretty good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hey there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We truly hate to hear your dishwasher stopped working after six weeks; we know any issue with the appliance’s functioning would be frustrating to deal with, especially when the unit is so new. We’d like to assist.

You may want to ensure that there is no issue with the fuse or circuit breaker, and adequate power is getting to the unit. Checking that the control panel isn’t locked may also help. If you want to try any other troubleshooting steps to address your concern, we do have a section on troubleshooting in your manual, starting on page 19: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-4000218-1.pdf .

If you need an update from our Service department, they can be reached at 1-800-432-2737 and would be glad to help in whatever way they can. Our Parts department are also available if you wish to check on any updates regarding the availability of the part you’re needing; they can be called at 1-877-959-8688.

Notice of the trouble you’ve had, and the delay in resolving the issue, will certainly be sent to our team for review; we do value your insight, as we want to make sure we’re aware of any potential issues with this model. If you have any other concerns or questions, we’re always happy to offer assistance. -Sarah@GEA

Hey there, and thanks for taking the time to submit your feedback on your dishwasher. We hate to hear you have a concern over the noise level, as well as the construction of the unit. We know this may have caused inconvenience, and we’d like to assist.

Regarding the noise level, this dishwasher was designed to function at a level of 59 dBAs, a bit above the level of moderate rainfall. We do try to provide a quiet, peaceful washing experience, and we also strive to build quality products that are built to last, using durable materials. Our Design team will be informed of your concerns with both the noise level and the materials used for future review and development; we do value your insight, as we always like to know what our consumers think of our models.

We are confident this dishwasher will serve you well for a long time to come. If you have any other concerns or questions, we are happy to help any time. All the best! -Sarah@GEA

CHEAPLY MADE STAY AWAY

We have had this dishwasher in our brand new house we only lived here for a month, its leaked several times ruining our floors and cabinets, and it never dries the dishes. They are literally soaking wet even the next day. I have let them sit in there for 2 days and they are still soaking wet. The door is very cheap quality as well. I do not recommend this product. We have always loved GE appliances but this is a disappointment!!

not the best I've owned

I am not impressed with this dishwasher. My builder put this in and in one year the bottom rack started to rust. It has now been 2 years and the rust is all over. I am trying to get a new bottom rack. The dishwasher cleans good on heavy mode but on normal mode I have still found stiuff on dishes. I rinse my dishes good before putting in machine.

Just bought a new house and did not get to pick the appliances. Just had to take what they put in. Do not like the controls. I like the dial so I can see where the wash cycle is and advance it if I wanted to. Also it never dries the dishes. Had an issue with the start light blinking and it would not start. Took me 2 hours of random button pushes to get it reset.
